
Magnecor 7mm Electrosports 70 Ignition Cables
Direct replacement for 7mm original equipment carbon conductor wires. Conductor provides exceptional RFI and EMI suppression to permanently eliminate the typical performance and fuel-wasting spark energy deterioration of OE and aftermarket carbon conductor wires. Also overcomes performance problems associated with poorly suppressed aftermarket spiral conductor wires on both modern and older engines. The conventional style insulating jacket consists of EPDM insulation and an extra strong EVA outer jacket for better terminal retention needed for small diameter cables.
Magnecor 8mm Electrosports 80 Ignition Cables
Original equipment replacement. Designed to improve original ignition system performance on street vehicles using either electronic engine management systems or carburetors. Conductor provides excellent RFI and EMI suppression to permanently eliminate the typical performance and fuel-wasting spark energy deterioration of OE and aftermarket carbon conductor wires. Also overcomes performance problems associated with poorly suppressed aftermarket spiral conductor wires on both modern and older engines. The conventional style insulating jacket consists of high dielectric strength silicone rubber insulation, fiberglass reinforcing braiding and a high temperature, high tear strength silicone rubber outer jacket. The flexibility and ruggedness of the cable allows it to be fitted into original 7mm cable holders. Ideal for use on heat-generating LPG (propane) gas conversion engines.

Magnecor ELECTROSPORTS Series Ignition Cables are intended for use as factory replacement wires on both the most recent engines with computerized management systems and older engines with carburetors and/or mechanical fuel injection. Engines used in marine craft and commercial vehicles, as well as industrial stationary engines will also benefit from the use of these cables.
Magnecor can supply stock length replacement sets, individual leads in a variety of styles and lengths, universal sets and sets made to any length or style required by the customer. Either ignition cable can be ordered loose in any length, with boots, terminals and connectors if required.

The conventional style insulating jacket
consists of EPDM insulation, fiberglass reinforcing braiding
and a black silicone rubber outer jacket. The stranded
tin-plated copper conductor provides no suppression. Made for industrial
applications, restorations, older race car engines, industrial engines and
other applications where suppression is not needed. This type
of cable is illegal for street use in most countries on a
automobile unless resistance-type suppressors are attached to
provide RFI suppression (as on many German made vehicles). The jacket on this cable is
unprinted. We can make wire sets or individual leads using
this ignition cable to any length or style needed by the
customer. Cable itself can be ordered loose in any length, or in custom
lengths or packaging for industrial applications (please inquire). Meets SAE-J2031 Type 1 Class
"E" requirements.
This cable is very popular with owners of older German vehicles want to replace the deteriorated lower grade cable used with the original connector/suppressors on their engine with a high grade silicone rubber jacketed cable.
